Jeremy Russell - Strategic Facilitator
With over 25 years' experience working in high-pressure strategic environments, including leadership, operational planning and complex problem-solving, Jeremy brings a unique perspective to organisational development and team performance.
A certified LEGO® Serious Play® Facilitator, he designs and leads engaging workshops that help teams think differently, align around shared goals, and develop practical solutions to complex challenges. His facilitation style combines strategic thinking with creative methods, enabling organisations to unlock fresh insights, strengthen collaboration, and move confidently from ideas to action.
Jeremy has extensive experience designing and delivering training programmes and facilitating workshops across a range of sectors, helping teams navigate change, improve communication, and build stronger foundations for growth.
Eileen Russell - Innovation Facilitator
With over eight years' experience in business development, innovation, and creative facilitation, Eileen combines play, psychology, and strategic thinking to help organisations unlock potential, strengthen collaboration, and generate fresh solutions to complex challenges.
As a Certified LEGO® Serious Play® Facilitator, she designs and delivers engaging workshops that enable teams to think differently, explore new perspectives, and align around shared goals. Her unique approach draws on her extensive background in therapeutic practice, bringing a deep understanding of human behaviour, communication, and engagement into organisational settings.
Eileen is the founder and Clinical Director of WayMaker Child Therapy CIC, an award-winning social enterprise supporting children's mental health and wellbeing across Northern Ireland. Through WayMaker for Business, she helps organisations harness the power of creativity, reflection, and play to drive innovation and meaningful change.
