He specialises in helping teams think differently, align around strategy, and co-create innovative solutions through engaging, hands-on methods.

Eileen Russell

Play Consultant and LEGO® Serious Play® Facilitator, combining eight years experience in business and innovation Eileen blends play, psychology, and strategy to help organisations uncover potential and develop innovative solutions. Eileen is the founder of We Are WayMaker social enterprise for children’s mental health based in Ballymena.
